Before you book
- ConditionsTo book, you need to accept these terms and our cancellation policy. To guarantee your booking, we’ll ask for your card details. Your table is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email. If it doesn’t arrive, drop us a line. If you can’t find the option you need, we’re full that day, at that time or for that number of people. Try another date or time.
- CancellationCancelling costs you nothing if you let us know by email at almacen.ncr@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we’ll charge €25 for each person who doesn’t show up, to the card you gave us when booking. It’s a table left empty that someone else couldn’t book. Cancellations by email only, so there’s a written record. We can’t take them over the phone. Any questions? Email us at almacen.ncr@gmail.com.
- ChildrenEl Almacén is a small place and our menu isn’t designed for children, so we recommend coming without under-12s. We don’t have high chairs or a kids’ menu. For space reasons, we can’t fit prams, bikes, scooters or skates inside.
