This website has no sign-up forms of its own and no third-party analytics. The only personal data processed are: (a) data you voluntarily provide when contacting us by phone, email or WhatsApp; and (b) data you enter in the booking and gift-voucher engine (CoverManager), which operates under its own privacy policy.

To learn which pages are of interest, the website counts visits with its own system, hosted on the same service as the website itself: each page view only adds one to the counters of the day (which page, in which language, whether it is a phone or a computer and, on arrival, the generic name of the referring website, such as "Google" or "Instagram"), and likewise for a few clicks such as "Book" or "Call". It uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not record your IP address or any identifier: the counters cannot tell who you are or follow your visits. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used in aggregate (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

To manage your booking, gift voucher or enquiry (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, art. 6.1.b GDPR) and to answer your communications (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties except where legally required.

We keep data for as long as necessary for the stated purpose and any applicable legal periods. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to almacen.ncr@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

The website is hosted on Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.). Bookings and vouchers are handled by CoverManager, which loads on the Bookings and Gift pages as part of the service you request when using them and processes data under its own policy. The location map is an image hosted on this website (no external service is loaded); the "Get directions" link opens Google Maps in a new tab, subject to Google's policy. Fonts are served from this same domain: visiting the site does not connect your browser to Google Fonts or any other external content delivery network.
