STAFF
Raimon Moreno and Vanina Vila are leading this restaurant where detail and good taste are present in each corner.
Raimon is the soul of the kitchen. Formed up under excellent professionals of the industry, exposed to haute cuisine, including working with 3 stars Michelín chef Quique Dacosta rising to become the head of the kitchen at his restaurant Mercatbar.
Vanina is the manager makes sure everything flows in the dining room. Each corner and each detail are in her hands. Music, lighting, attention… nothing is left to chance.
